Maximum print speeds of 70 m²/h!
This powerful model can reach double the print speed of other conventional Mimaki textile printers. The necessary volume of printed textiles can be produced on demand, with the unnecessary inventory being eliminated. It can simplify the production site and production management, allowing you to focus on higher value-added jobs.
More advanced textile RIP software for professional use.
Much smoother gradation expression with 16-bit rendering.
Specify the amount of ink and the Lab value to get the ideal colour with the new colour replacement function.
The Parallel RIP and Load Balancing functions are gret when connecting multiple printers which support the improvement of print efficiency.
RIP processing of up to 8 jobs can be performed in parallel for multiple pieces of print data, as well as a large number of copy prints being simultaneously printed on multiple printers.
DAS is the function to print a dedicated pattern to the media and read by the sensor mounted on the carriage to adjust automatically:
After changing a media and a printing condition, the ink dot position and media feeding amount must be adjusted accordingly. Since DAS automatically applies them, printing can be performed without labor and variation of adjustment by the operator.
MAPS functionality reduces banding.
In ordinary textile printers, the straight pass boundaries often results in bandings and discoloration due to slight misalignment. The "MAPS (Mimaki Advanced Pass System)" functionality provides gradation to printed pass boundaries and maintains stable print quality by reducing banding and uneven colour.
Employed to monitor missing nozzles.
The sensor automatically detects the condition of nozzles. When the NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) detests a missing nozzle, it automatically performs cleaning. Is there is a nozzle problem left unsolved by the cleaning, the NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) automatically replaces the defective nozzles with other nozzles, and enables users to continue their operation without waiting for service personnel. The NRS is supported from the one-pass printing to apply the fastest print mode.
The TS100-1600 can differentiate to jet into 5,13 or 19 pl. Three different ink sizes are enabled to achieve high-quality prints with rich tonal range and fine expression with reduced granular feeling. The optimal drop size for each mode is embedded in the different profiles of the TS100-1600.
The high-density and fastness ink provides vivid colours and high colour reproducibility, which is suitable for fashion clothing, sports wear and soft signs etc.
It can be used for a wide range of products, from original items such as team wear, bags and stage costumes to larger volume production.
Since the Sb610 is excellent it its stability during the continuous discharging and also when left unattended for suspension of operation. It can output without stress, which greatly contributes to productivity at site.
This dye sublimation ink uses 1L bottles for the first time, reducing replacement frequency and cost.
The Sb160 has obtained the "ECO PASSPORT" certification, as defined by the Oeko-Tex International Community based in Switzerland. This certifies that the dyes and pigments used to colour textile products, as well as the chemicals used to add functionality, do not contain harmful ingredients.
